What we do with the information you give us, in plain terms.

What we collect

What you tell us: your name, email address, phone or WhatsApp number, travel dates, group size, and anything else you share about your trip. If you book, we also collect the details needed to arrange permits, transfers and accommodation on your behalf.

What we use it for

Answering your enquiry, planning and confirming your booking, and staying in touch with you before, during and after your trek. Nothing else.

Who we share it with

Only the parties who need it to deliver your trip: Uganda Wildlife Authority for park permits, the trail operator for your mountain arrangements, and any accommodation we book on your behalf. We do not sell your information, and we do not pass it to anyone for marketing.

How long we keep it

For as long as we need it to run your trip and meet our record-keeping obligations afterwards. If you would like your details removed sooner, ask and we will do it.

Marketing

We will not add you to a mailing list because you enquired. If you want to hear from us, you have to say so.

Your rights

Ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Contact us and we will act on it.
