Nyabitaba Hut, located 10 km from Nyakalenjija, is the perfect destination for an adventure-filled first day of trekking or a short trip to the Rwenzori. The stunning views of the Portal Peaks in the North are breathtaking and well worth the 4\/5 hour walk through the montane forest and Bakonjo villages. Newly renovated in 2008, the two-room wooden building offers a capacity of beds, as well as mattresses and a pit latrine. Additionally, tap water is piped from the nearby Lake Mahoma, making Nyabitaba Hut an idyllic place to visit.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
