Mgahinga Gorilla National Park is by far the smallest national park in Uganda, but it certainly packs a punch in terms of its features and attractions. It is home to three towering Virunga Mountains, which provide stunning views and exciting hikes to the summits. The lush vegetation and forests of these mountains are the habitat of a family of gorillas, and trekking through them to catch a glimpse of the gorillas in their natural setting is an unforgettable experience. Furthermore, the Batwa community also call these forests their home, and it is possible to learn about their culture and history by visiting the area. All of these features culminate to make Mgahinga Gorilla National Park a truly breathtaking destination.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
